2025 Three-Star TE Preztynn Harrison Commits to Texas Tech

NCAA Football: Texas Tech at North Carolina State

Joey McGuire and the Texas Tech Red Raiders added a new name to their Class of 2025 with the commitment of three-star tight end Prezytnn Harrison.

The 6-foot-4 tight end chose the Red Raiders over offers from Arkansas State, North Texas, and Texas State.

Coming out of Mineral Wells High School in the Class of 2025, Harrison is listed as a three-star prospect by the 247Sports index as well as the nation’s 280th-ranked prospect. He also checks in as the 14th-ranked tight end in his class and the 45th-ranked player in the state of Texas.

Harrison took to social media to announce his decision, saying, “I would like to thank my mom, my dad, and my little sister for always being by my side. I would like to thank all of my coaches who have helped me along the way. I want to thank all of my teammates for pushing me on the field and in the weight room. Thank you to all of my teachers who have helped me in the classroom throughout the years. Thank you to all the schools who have shown interest in me and believed in me. After a lot of thoughts and prayers, I am excited to announce that I am committing to Texas Tech University! Wreck’em!!!”

With his commitment, Texas Tech’s 2025 recruiting class jumped to the nation’s 10th-ranked class. Harrison joins a cast of nine other committed prospects in the Class of 2025 eagerly anticipating the move to Lubbock.
